Villa Myrtis Accommodation Description

This two-storey villa has a habitable surface area of 110 m² and it was completed in 2014-15. It can accommodate up to five people. The second floor has got two bedrooms, each of them having a double bed, a private bathroom as well as a veranda with a breathtaking sea view. The verandas have a view of the verdant Prigiponisia (Scorpios, Scorpidi, Madouri, Heloni, Sparti and farther Meganisi, which look like floating on the calm sea), and the cape of Agia Kyriaki with its built-in-rocks chapel. Over the horizon, the Acarnanian coasts skirt this unique, splendid scenery at which you will have the chance to marvel at different shades during the daytime.

The ground floor consists of a single space, where the kitchen, the dining room and the living room are. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a kettle etc. The living room has got a single sofa-bed and, among others, a TV, a sound system, a DVD player and Wi-Fi. It leads to two more fully furnished verandas with access to a perfectly designed (1 to 1.70 m maximum depth) private swimming pool (34 m²). It also features hydrolysis system, hydro massage, a shower and sun beds.

Moreover, in the basement, you can find a fully equipped laundry room with a washing machine, a wardrobe, an iron, an ironing board and a vacuum cleaner.
