Built according to the traditional style, Menelia Residence was renovated to a modern comfort (jacuzzi, heating, broadband internet, washing-machine) while maintaining its rural and residential features, including exposed beams, stone walls that protect from heat, and a rustic interior.

Ιdeal both for summer and winter holidays, Menelia Residence disposes, on the ground floor, of a spacious and comfortable sitting-room as well as of a fully-fledged kitchen (oven, fridge with freezer compartment, micro-wave, kettle etc.). On the first floor, one can find three luxurious bedrooms, configured to accommodate up to eight guests (two double bedrooms and a children’s room with four single beds).

This traditional stone house, built in the late nineteenth century, in a small mountain village of farmers, had been partially destroyed at the beginning of the twentieth century, during the war. Located in the heart of a charming island with varied landscape, idyllic beaches as well as verdant mountains, rich historical and cultural tradition (http://www.lefkada.gr), the house was completely restored and renovated in the years 2000 to become a comfortable residence, ideal for hosting lovers of relaxing vacations in direct contact with nature, away from the main tourist streams.
